Blog Post for 9/8 and 9/15/2013
Still working out and made it two more weeks as a Nutrisystem #NSNation blogger! As I shared with you guys I started working out to help the weight drop off. I have increased to 3 times a week, completing about 30 minutes of cardio and another 30 minutes on the circuit. Since I started working out, I feel more energized, and have had no problem getting all the water in that I should plus some. The hardest part is to understand that since I am working out I do need to add a little more into my body. I had stuck with the pre-workout string cheese, and some days I do my “snack” and water. Then after my workout I have some baby carrots and more water.
I have really been enjoying the coffee shakes in the morning, and since they are cold and its been very hot here in Southern California I get to cool down, have my “coffee” and feel great about what I am eating and drinking. This has been an amazing experience and I am excited to say that I have gone down a size in my clothing. This is great to see and feel since the scale has not been doing much. My trainer has been trying to explain that the weight does not matter, its the inches and the way you feel. Taking all that into consideration I am so proud that I have stuck with it. So far over seven weeks I am down 14 total pounds but have dropped a size, this is still a GREAT achievement and I can’t wait to see what next week brings!
