I think that Benjamin Franklin said it best when he said, “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.” When it comes to blogging when I started it was on a whim and since then I have been doing what I want. But I have wondered about what else could I achieve?!? So I started looking into ways to “learn” more and get more “involved” with the blogging community. This is how I learned about Blog Conferences and the amazing wealth of information that you can learn! Even more recently I found that there is an amazing conference coming to the Los Angeles Area at the end of March 2014! #LALLBLOG14 Lifestyle Bloggers National Conference. If you’re interested in attending, you can purchase tickets at EventBrite, I heard that its amazing!
When looking at the line up/schedule for the Lifestyle Bloggers National Conference I am excited to see so many amazing topics listed. Many of which I have no clue about. Some of the events listed for the Conference include, Not Just a Blogger – Showcasing bloggers that have used their blog as a spring board to further grow their career, Maximizing SEO for your Blog/Online Business (A MUST FOR ME), Tax Do’s and Don’t for Bloggers and much much more!
This year I want to transform my life in so many different ways. First and foremost is adding more fitness and healthy living into my lifestyle, both for myself and my family. As I get older I have realized that this is becoming more of a necessity. In addition as I quickly approach 30 I need to do something now before it gets even harder! Secondly is to help make my dream of having my blog be my job a reality. With the help of this amazing conference and the relationships I could make at this event I know that could quickly become a reality.
I am thankful for the opportunity to go for a conference scholarships to this amazing conference and have my fingers crossed that I can make some amazing changes in my life and blog this year.
