I am VERY unhappy with not only the quality of the flowers received but the HORRIBLE customer service. Knowing that they were busy I tried to do the RIGHT thing and e-mail the customer service to allow them a chance to “correct” the issue. After several days I decided to call customer service (Sunday). The people on the phone were HORRIBLE, they wanted me to take the flowers BACK to work and have them picked up. I tried to explain to them after a HORRIBLE delivery and embarrassment there I don’t want to after almost a week take the flowers back to work to have them picked up. I offered to e-mail them photos, ship the flowers, but refused to take them BACK to work!
WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
The problem with companies like that, is they are taking your order, and then they are sending it to a flower shop in your area, which may or may not suck.. I don’t know how they can do good business like that when the people delivering your flowers apparently sucked terribly..
