It would be for me. I have a terrible time at night with sweating. I need my room to be really cold or I sweat, unfortunately, my husband doesn’t agree. He likes it nice and toasty warm. I would love one of these pillows so I can finally keep my neck and head and everything else nice and cooled down all night long.
