After a VERY trying week last week I am excited to know that I can do the Nutrisystem program and LOVE that I am in the #NSNation blogger program. This week was SO much better. Learning from the hard week last week was just want I needed to turn things around. I am so excited to know that I can work through the problem and learn from a gain to turn around and lose!

Story1_ImgCAfter the hard week I spent a little time reading some of the amazing success stories from Nutrisystem people and was inspired to get back into this and jump on this opportunity. I also spent some time looking at all the amazing food to try and figure out what “new” food I wanted to try in this next order to help mix in with my favorite. I want to have new things to help me get a variety of the amazing food that they have to offer.

After an amazing and eye opening week I am so excited to share the scale results from this week! Here is my running total. I have consolidated my weeks 1-10 for room sake.

Week 1 -10 = -14.8

Week 11 = -2.2

Week 12 = -0.6

Week 13= 2.2

Week 14= -2.0
Total Loss = -17.4

WOW!  I was almost able to lose the weight I gained during week 13!  I am so excited to be back on the right track and know how to get past and through the hard weeks. Please remember that losing weight is HARD! Putting it on is EASY!  Working to lose it at a safe passe and understanding what is “portion” is important. This program is teaching me amazing tools and I hope when I am done with this program I will not have to “diet” again but rather use the tools I have learned to maintain!

  4. good job and good luck. I know it is hard to lose the weight. i lost over 100 pounds in 2012 because my doc said if i did not i would die. I am too young to leave my kids without a father.

    Good job on losing weight. I am afraid I tried Nutrisystems but I am such a picky eater that I did not like the food. Kudos to you for sticking to your plan

  8. You did great this week! Two pounds of loss is nothing to sneeze at. And if you gained last week you need to remember too that you were eating out and in my experience resturants tend to use larger amounts of salt so some of that might not have been actual “fat” gain, but rather water gain. Either way, keep up the good work.

  10. You are doing great! I did Nutrisystem a few years back and so wish I could do it again, it worked great for me too and I liked the food and the way it made me feel.
