    OH I used to be a runner. At least 25 miles a week. Since my knees gave out, I’m left to do other things. I hope to be running again someday though.

    I don’t have a work out due to being disabled. But having this in my home would allow me to start and work at my own pace without worry of making my injuries worse/worsening disabilities. It might also enable me, after some time to come off of disability and become a functioning/tax paying , member of society once again.
