Walking is my favorite way to workout.
I don’t have a work out due to being disabled. But having this in my home would allow me to start and work at my own pace without worry of making my injuries worse/worsening disabilities. It might also enable me, after some time to come off of disability and become a functioning/tax paying , member of society once again.
