While I work on my New Years Resolution to loose weight and get healthier I am so thankful for all the amazing Workout DVDs available at Collage Video. I received two different Jillian Michaels DVDs.

I really like the fact that this DVD has 3 Intense 20-minute Workouts. This is perfect for when you want to get in a good quick workout but don’t have much time to do it. I really love the first workout on this DVD. You can currently get this DVD for $9.99 on Collage Video website HERE!!

The second DVD that I received was the Jillian Michaels – Yoga Meltdown:

If you like Yoga or are interested in getting into Yoga then this is a DVD for you. I have really enjoyed the two different 30-minute workouts that are included on this DVD. I also really like that they each include a warm-up and cooldown. This is a great workout for any time of the day. Yoga is a great way to workout parts/muscles of your body that you did not know that you had. I really love the way it leaves you feeling when you are done!
