I am really achieving my weight loss goals thanks to the Nutrisystem program and the fact that I am in the #NSNation blogging program. This week I received a new box of food so I am excited to have many of my favorites back in the house. Knowing that you have your favorites on hard days really helps me stay on track. One of the things that has really helped is having fresh, warm pancakes on the weekend. The packets are nice because all you have to do is add milk and stir. They turn out AMAZING!
One of my biggest struggles has been consuming enough water during the day. One of the tricks that I have learned which has helped, is whenever I am hungry and should not be eating is I grab a glass of water and drink it. I have been adding a little fresh lime or lemon to the water to give it a little more flavor and make it more enjoyable to drink. It has been helping my snack craving and has also helped me to increase my water intake.
Overall I am happy with how this week went. I had a few challenges, but was able to see some weight loss, which is always AMAZING! Here is my running total. I have consolidated my weeks 1-10 for room sake.
Week 1 -10 = -14.8
Week 11 = -2.2
Total Loss = -17
My goal for next week is to try to achieve the 20 pound weight loss mark. This would be an amazing treat and I know that if I use all the tips, encouragement and more I can do it! To date I want to thank everyone that has e-mailed, messaged, called and text me support and encouragement, it has really helped and it means so much to me!
