Wow! I can’t believe it has been 1 weeks since I started Nutisystem, the time seems to fly by for me. At first I was a little worried about the small sizes of the meals but have been very surprised that they are filling and hitting the spot each time. Prior to starting Nutrisystems I would drink a large ice coffee in the morning and one in the afternoon all packed with calories. So the Protein Drinks in the morning have really helped to satisfy the urge. The Refreshing Coffee is my absolute favorite. Anyone on the fence about adding the Protein Drinks to their Nutrisystem diet I would strongly encourage it. Also make sure you get their shaker, it helps to make the BEST shakes!
One thing that I quickly learned this week is that its important to be honest with yourself about the portion/serving size that is called for each snack or Powerfuel. So I made easy to grab and use snack bags with the serving sizes. This system has helped me to keep honest about what I am eating. One of the things I am really loving about the Nutrisystem program is the amazing app that they have which makes it super easy to keep track of earthing you eat and drink. You can also keep track of your water, exercise, weight and measurements with the app as well.
I am going to keep a running total so that we can all see my weekly progress as well as my total loss on this amazing system.
