A Little bit about Moody Bands and why they designed the Moody Bands
Imagine a world of understanding and cooperation. One where your child is able to connect with others on a deep emotional level. Where anger and frustration are replaced with love and compassion. This is our vision. By teaching children to identify their own emotions as well as the emotions of others, we can all work together to make the world a more harmonious place.
I absolutely love the idea of helping your child express their emotions with you, this only helps to teach them how to communicate, let you know where there is a problem and so much more. When the Moody Bands arrived I loved the different colors and great faces that were on them. My daughter immediately asked for them to come out of the package.
I sat down and explained what each of the faces meant and tried to help her understand what they were. I also enjoyed being about to work with her on her colors as the bands are nice vibrant (almost all of them) primary colors. In addition the bands are super soft and the embroidery is of very high quality. After going over them all with her I asked her to select the band that was how she was feeling.
She selected the Happy band (above). The faces are super cute and easy for young children to relate to. Although when using them she tends to always select happy or excited because she likes the faces I can’t wait to continue to use them and help her to express her feelings. This is such a wonderful product that can really help. The Moody Bands can be purchased as a set (above) or individuals. The set is $14.99 or the individual bands are $3.99.
